“I was very fortunate to undertake the Barrett Values Centre® Individual Values Assessment with CTT Certified Trainer Becky Hill from Solutions 42. Having received my report and my one-to-one discussion on my results it has deepened my understanding of what values are important in my personal life, and how the values of organisations must be aligned to find personal fulfilment in my professional life.
The results of this assessment were staggering; how Becky was able to unpick my personal values with current organisational culture values and ultimately my desired organisational culture values. It felt like Becky ”understood me” as only a close friend or family member would, and has energised me to make change.
I would recommend a values assessment on an individual basis, or at team or organisational level, as an aligned workforce are a productive workforce.

As a trainer, Becky’s enthusiasm captures your interest, not only do you learn about the particular subject, but you find yourself learning about yourself and others through various activities.
The training Becky offers is nothing like any training I’ve had before. Computer training at various companies is boring and I don’t believe you really take much on board. I have had face to face training also, but this has always been a regurgitation of information which you are expected to learn and then tested on, again retaining all the information some months later is a challenge. Becky’s workshops allow continuous learning through discussion and interaction with Becky and other colleagues, I found myself with a wealth of knowledge that I didn’t have before, and a support network to help me after the workshop should I need it.
What I most enjoyed about the course was learning the colour code. I was unaware of this until I met Becky, and was fascinated to learn about my personality and the personality of others and how best to interact with other people, which I found beneficial going back into my work environment.
I also enjoyed the many fun activities Becky would incorporate into the workshop which at the time just seemed a bit of fun, but at the end of each one, you would have learnt something valuable such as the importance of communication.
Overall, I would give Becky’s training 10 out of 10! I would look forward to attending the workshops and come away feeling motivated and ready to put into action what I had learnt.

“I can recommend Becky Lacey and Solutions 42 Ltd with regard to their ability to design, develop and deliver on-line learning materials. I contracted them from May 2013 to APRIL 2014 to develop a Level 6 (Diploma Level) on-line module for the Foundation Degree in Decontamination Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) called “Water Quality for Decontamination Services”. This module was successfully delivered in June to August 2014 and 2015 and continues to be delivered by them in 2016 for ARU.
Becky developed all of the on-line materials utilising a software programme called “Articulate” and created a very interactive and easy to use programme of learning. Becky developed all of the on-line learning materials and assessment for the module utilising expert knowledge in both infection control and water quality. Since the first delivery of the module in 2014 she has been an Associate Lecturer for ARU in the delivery, assessment and marking of the module for each delivery.
I would have no problem in recommending Solutions 42 for the development and delivery of on-line learning materials for you or your company. They are very dedicated, hard working, honest, dependable and keep to deadlines delivering a high quality product as specified in the contract.

“Rebecca and Gwen provided training to a team of Field Service Engineers on the risks present when working on a range of medical equipment in the hospital environment. The training was extremely comprehensive, and included practical exercises as well as detailed information about hospital bugs, and routes of transmission.
The key thing for me was that this training changed the working practices of the Engineers. Health and safety is now treated as a priority, and the Engineers will be safer as a result.
